• Academic metrics: overall and science GPA, standardized exam score (e.g., MCAT, DAT, GRE), and grade trend
• Experience hours: shadowing, direct patient care, healthcare, observation, and research hours
• Preferences and priorities: intended program focus, career focus areas, geographic preference, home state, tuition importance and budget, personal values, and the academic-vs-mission priority you set
• Optional context: adversity context, if you choose to provide it
• Scored school results: school names, degree, state, computed match scores, mission tags, and published admissions statistics (e.g., average GPA, acceptance rate)

Your questionnaire responses and match results are also stored in your account so you can revisit them later. The language model provider may retain submitted inputs according to its own policies; please review their terms if you have concerns. You are not required to use the matching tool, and you may leave any field blank.
